E-HRM is the integration of all HR systems and activities and play a major role in effective HR applications, thus becoming a prominent topic in the human resource management. The main objective of this study is to find out how the application of e-HRM applicable to the organizational performance and its impact on employees and organizational performance. The study adopted qualitative thematic method by semi-structured interview technique to collect the data from the ten HR personnel including managers, executives and assistants. The study revealed that HR personnel know the benefits of e-HRM and wish to apply e-HRM in all HR practices. They stated that Presently GPV Lanka (Pvt) applies the e- Recruitment, e-Training, e-Leave, e-Compensation and e-Communication. They further underlined that the e-HRM has a direct relationship with the employees and organizational performance enhancement. The results of this study expect to bring insights to HR people in GPV Lanka (Pvt) Ltd for better tailor to utilize e-HRM to increase employees and organizational performance. This research highlights the importance of e-HRM, as one of the modern management topics and it can be valued by the other similar related organizations. |
