| dc.description.abstract | Ethical HR implications refer to the moral and ethical considerations that human resources professionals must navigate when making decisions and implementing policies. This research study is conducted towards Ethical implications of Human Resource practices on Employee performance related dimensions: Study on Apparel Industry, Vavuniya District. This research is conducted as a qualitative research and semi-structured interviews were used for the sample of 30 respondents and used purposive sampling method. The findings were derived through using the thematic analysis method using the NVivo 12 version. This study was mainly focused on Ethical HR practices, implications of ethical HR, challenges faced while following ethical HR, how far that affect the employee performance. The findings revealed that ethical implications of Human Resource practices has emerged as the crucial factor and affect the employee performance in the apparel industry and all the three levels of employees clearly revealed the how ethical HR practices are strictly considered in the garments. The study demonstrated that the ongoing ethical HR practices and how far that plays a major role in improving the employee performance for their corporate image. | en_US |
