| dc.description.abstract | The Sri Lankan Civil War had a significant impact on Kilinochchi District, where 3% of Women-Headed Households (WHHs) were having difficulty surviving. They started their own business as a coping mechanism, yet their efforts were short-lived. The impact of the variables that influence WHH's entrepreneurial success in Kilinochchi District is investigated in this study. Using a structured questionnaire and stratified random sampling, 160 respondents' data were gathered. The factors taken into consideration have a 63.6% impact on entrepreneurial success, according to multiple regression analysis. This study connects global theories to post-conflict reality in northern Sri Lanka by identifying factors that lead to WHH entrepreneurs' empowerment and survival in war-affected Kilinochchi. | en_US |
