dc.description.abstract Numerous organizations prioritize organisational sustainability to ensure long-term viability and financial performance while mitigating adverse effects on the environment and society. Despite the growing focus on green HRM and organizational sustainability research, few studies have investigated the contribution of organisational commitment as a mediator in the relationship between green HRM and organizational sustainability. The study aims to develop a conceptual framework that integrates green HRM, organisational commitment, and organizational sustainability in the hotel industry. This study applied the SLR methodology, followed by the PRISMA guideline, and the study review is based on 28 articles and 3 reports. The review found that green HRM practices directly influence organisational commitment toward environmental activities. It also found a positive and significant relationship between green HRM and organisational commitment, with direct and indirect contributions to organizational sustainability. Therefore, the implementation of sustainable policies by aligning with green HRM practices in the hotel can lead to a competitive advantage while enhancing overall organizational performance. Researchers suggest that organizations should foster a supportive culture where employees are committed to green HRM practices and sustainability efforts. en_US
