dc.description.abstract In our country, due to the lack of resources office managers should restrict the prints that would be taken by the members of their organization and also cost for printed documents is calculated by use of manual information in business oriented prints. Because of that, office managers must have an understanding of how many pages each employee is printing in the office, what time of the day the printer is used the most or what time of the day the printer is idle, how many pages are being printed and who does the most printing. Identifying printing habits of individuals or the office and allocating resources accordingly can reduce the waste of time and resources. Further managers are needed to protect unauthorized access of shared directories and interfering of unwanted files through input devices. Hence of the rights for access each and every file maintained in a particular organization and protection against the attacks of viruses, events happening into the directories should be monitored continuously. To solve problems as early discussed, we have introduced a software tool that could be used to monitoring and analyzing of printing events occurred in a computer and watching of whole directory accessing. The software tool observes the system to keep track of events which are occurring. If any event is occurred in the system, that event would be kept as records by this. And base of the information of those events, it generates reports needed to the user. Mainly the software interacts with win32 and gathers information from it to be analyzed. It could be used in all of the offices and also printing shops to reduce the cost and management problem. In addition, we can recommend it to all of the PCs with considering of the better solution to manage the handling of it and maintenance with care of it. en_US
